QUANTUM MIND & CONSCIOUSNESS
Review

A significant feature of our personal stories is an awareness and insight into the winding paths of our life journeys. This feature is especially relevant for those who seem to have lost any sense of deep purpose in their lives. Such people may struggle to find any meaning in day-to-day living, which may seem devoid of any significant purpose in an apparently sterile universe. ‘Who am I?’ ‘How do I find meaning in my life now?’ ‘What is my identity in the web of relationships in a cosmic world?’ These are questions which challenge our quest for life coherence and deep purpose.

How might these questions be addressed? Are there resources and approaches which might assist and empower a person to transform an apparent life of sterility or inertia into a life with meaning, spirituality, and generativity?

The comprehensive and highly relevant resource ‘Quantum Mind & Consciousness’ by Les Savage is such a resource.

Les has integrated his own extensive life experiences with an extraordinary synthesis of research and writings on the many facets of personality studies, mindfulness, meditation, values, spirituality, quantum physics, energy, Jungian insights, self-worth, neuroscience, and consciousness with the possible quest for an integrating wholeness and deepened sense of the Presence.

I was especially impressed with how Les was able to situate the life journey experiences of belonging within the overarching expanse of universal cosmic consciousness and contemporary understandings of the human person. The evident wisdom scholarship of Les and his sequential process of leading the reader through each of the themes enables the person to internalize each topic leading towards transformation and a holistic centre.

The theme of transformation is woven into the extensive selection of videos and focused reflections in a multipurpose approach to personal transformations. The content is not presented as an academic exercise. Music, relevant references, practical life examples, pauses for meditation and reflection, historical and philosophical contexts, literature, wisdom and religious traditions enable the reader to internalize the topic.

The various learnings and insights shared by Les are directed towards a transformation of one’s consciousness and quest for life meaning. Participants in ‘Quantum Mind & Consciousness’ are led through numerous reflective exercises which motivate the person to take a more proactive role in self-growth, leading towards transformation of consciousness and spiritual identity. Readers who follow the sequences of content and process are encouraged to uncover new ways of looking at their lives and consider positive options for life reorientation.

The expanse of this resource in its depth and access to contemporary life journey resources is truly amazing, and full credit to Les for not only initiating the participants to such resources, but orientating the person to reflective and enriching lifechanging experiences. Participants in the process will be in awe at the abundance of focused videos and directed texts.

I highly recommend ‘Quantum Mind & Consciousness’ for those who choose to deepen their life paths to wholeness and spiritual oneness.

Thank you, Les Savage, for giving us such a valuable resource.

Gold Coast, Australia

Brian’s life journey has included twenty-three years working as an academic librarian in three universities. He has an international reputation as a composer and singer of Christian songs, and has published four albums.

Contemplative spirituality has progressively become the foundation of Brian’s life, and subjects that are of great interest to him are contemplative prayer, a spirituality of the self, the journey toward spiritual union, and the Romanisation of Christianity from the early centuries to the High Middle Ages.

Brian has written manuscripts on these topics, including Participating in God: A Spirituality for our Time, and in 2021 his book Opening to God: Christian Meditation and Contemplative Prayer was published.

QUANTUM MIND & CONSCIOUSNESS
Review

The ultimate realities of human self-awareness and the broader expanse of universal consciousness have been speculated upon by philosophers, sages, and mystics for over three thousand years.

Scientific discoveries of the quantum universe in our time have stirred a re-evaluation of how we understand ourselves and our connection with all 'otherness'.

The course ‘Quantum Mind & Consciousness’ explores new pathways of understanding and recontextualises the meaning of our lives in a universal framework where everything belongs.

Awakening to our participation in a universal wholeness gives us security, fulfilment, and a deeper sense of significance.
